How do I get to the Cathedral?

The Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph is located at 80 South Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113, on the northeast corner of Market and San Fernando Street in downton San Jose, across from the San Jose Museum of Modern Art and Cesar Chavez Park.

Where can I park at the Cathedral?

There is no parking lot at the Cathedral, but there are many public parking lots and metered street parking nearby:

• metered street parking throughout downtown San José: $1 per hour (coins only); 1 and 2 hour limits; meters in effect 9:00a to 6:00p, Monday through Saturday; free street parking after 6:00p everyday and all day Sunday.
• public parking lots (orange lots on the map link below): $3 flat fee after 6:00p every day; free 6:00a to 6:00p weekends and holidays.
